  Sam Jarman
  Delivery of firewood, 1 week after delivery being stored indoors still reading at least 35% moisture content. Would not answer phone or return calls. Did email back 4 days later with - "Unfortunately, you should have purchased the wood prior to installing the stove and kept it under cover". Prompt delivery, but just be aware the wood is not ready for burning straight away and needs further seasoning at home.
  Wood does not burn well, even when seasoned.
